Product Overview:

The flap-type flushing gate is primarily used for flushing the bottom of storage tanks and cleaning large pipelines. During the inflow process of a storage tank, the water storage chamber fills with water. After rainfall ends, the storage tank is emptied, and the flushing gate instantly opens under hydraulic drive. The stored water in the chamber rapidly discharges, creating a surge-like impact wave that washes sludge and debris from the tank bottom into the collection channel. A single flushing operation can cover a length of up to 80 meters.

The hydraulic flushing gate consists of a gate frame, gate plate, rotating shaft device, gate seal, drive cylinder, and control system.
